Terms of Use

By accessing or using Parchi On, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

These Terms apply to clinics, doctors, staff members, administrators, and any other authorized user accessing the platform.

We currently intend to keep Parchi On free to use.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, usage limits, support models, or commercial terms in the future, but any such changes will be communicated through the product or related documentation.

You may use Parchi On only for lawful purposes and in connection with legitimate clinic, medical practice, operational, administrative, or related healthcare workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, professional obligations, and your own internal policies.

Parchi On, including its software, design, workflows, branding, and related materials, remains our property or the property of our licensors.

Use of the software does not grant you any ownership rights in the source code or underlying technology.

We do not provide or share the source code as part of your use of the application unless we separately agree to do so in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and appropriateness of the data entered into the platform by you or your team.

You are also responsible for managing internal access to the software and protecting your account credentials.

We are still working on a feature that will allow direct download of data from the application.

Until that feature is released, data download or export functionality may be limited or unavailable.

The application is hosted on AWS Cloud.

Application data is hosted in the Mumbai data center region.

We may use de-identified and appropriately controlled data signals to research, design, develop, or improve AI-based applications in healthcare.

We do not use PII or PHI to train AI models.

Parchi On is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every clinic, legal, or regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction or use case.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
